Cable & Wireless internet services did not start off smoothly as is the case with most service providers and I distinctly remember spending some 3-4 hours online trying to configure my new e-mail account but what suprised me most was the total number of calls I had managed to clock up as I must have been disconnected nearly 32 times!!
But that is all past for the ISP that made some of the first innovative changes like linking telephone and internet charges to the same bill.
Their web site is typical to many nowadays with plenty of help and support for the beginner. I can't say that I'm entirely impressed with their Tehnical support as they tended to give me the same crap when i asked about V.90 support and the fact that i could seldom get connection speeds of over 31Kbps and transfers of 3.4Kbps.
