ERROR 691: Authentication Failure

Symptoms
While trying to logon to Freeserve, the above error message appears

Cause
This error indicates that either the USERNAME or PASSWORD have been entered incorrectly.

Solution
Make sure you are using the following format for USERNAME when dialling into Freeserve:-
nodename.Freeserve.co.UK
Where nodename is the name you picked when first signing up with Freeserve.

Also remember that passwords are CASE-SENSITIVE! So 'ThIsPaSS' is different to 'Thispass'.
