Solution Make sure you are using the following format for USERNAME when dialling into Freeserve:- nodename.Freeserve.co.UK Where nodename is the name you picked when first signing up with Freeserve. Also remember that passwords are CASE-SENSITIVE! So 'ThIsPaSS' is different to 'Thispass'.
