Problems connecting during the signup process.
Description
When trying to signup, the Dial up Networking connection either does not
connect or drops
the connection shortly after locating the server.
Answer
A possible solution may be to reset the configuration options for the
DUN connection to
the signup server. Do this by using the following solution.
Double click on MY COMPUTER
Double click on HARD DRIVE (C:)
Double click on PROGRAM FILES
Double click on INTERNET EXPLORER
Double click on SIGNUP
Locate the file called INSTALL.INS and double click on it
Click on YES when asked if you want to modify Internet settings
Either double click on the file SIGNUP.ISP in the same folder or rerun the CD
This should then reconnect and start the signup process.
