High demands in the market means that we have to allocate resources according to priority. So we offer customers a means of booking out our services. 

As ever, the more time you provide us in advance the quicker our response will be.  Provide the details of your availability and we'll return a date that matches as closely as possible. 

At the present, callout is centred around off-peak times and weekends and we often advise that you e-mail your fault findings in advance.  You'll be suprised to know that a lot of problems can be resolved without the need for an engineer to visit!

    Standard charges start at £20 for normal PC repair rates.

    PC repairs £20 ph
    Server repairs £35 ph
    Data restoration £75 per drive if recovery is possible
    PC Builds £20 ph or cost of completed PC
    OS Installs - PC £160
    .................- Server £250 - 2000/2003/2008 (1 + days)
    ................. - Exchange £450 - 2003/2008 varies to size of company (1 + days)
    ................ - IIS/OWA £350 - varies to in-house web hosting, ftp, etc. (2 days with DNS records/access provided)
    ................ - Complete network £850 - varies to size and complexity (variable)
    Remote computer support/admin £10 per month / £100 per year
    Complete SLA to support all above £2000 per annum

    For existing customers we offer negotiable pricing.

    New customers can enjoy flexible pricing if they have been recommended.
